The self-proclaimed “greenest commercial building in the world” – The Bullitt Center – opened this year on April 22nd in Seattle, WA – yes, Earth Day. The six-story, 50,000 square foot building is located at the edge of the city’s Capitol Hill neighborhood and will be the first building of its size to try and meet the goals set by the Living Building Challenge.
